Kaun Banega Crorepati is back with season 13. In the first episode of KBC season 13, the host of the show and Bollywood megastar will be seen. Amitabh Bachchan The show’s producer-director talks with Siddharth Basu about the show’s stellar performance and what are the new elements that the audience will witness in this edition. The tables will turn as soon as Bachchan participates in a rapid-fire round with Basu. Basu will ask Bachchan six rapid-fire questions, questioning him about the questions centered around the show.

In the first episode of the show, Bachchan will share how the most popular game show has seen a glorious journey of 21 years. He Will Share Kaun Banega Crorepati When Technological Advancement Didn’t Exist, Current Indian Cricket Captain Virat Kohli Was only 12 years old and Neeraj Chopra, who won gold in javelin throw at Tokyo Olympics, was only 3 years old.
Big B will be seen sharing the details of his early days of KBC. In an up close and personal conversation with Bachchan and Basu, the megastar will be seen taking a trip down memory lane where he will be seen sharing how he was shocked to see how Basu had the tiniest details of the show in mind . .
He will also be seen sharing how the producers took him to the sets of ‘Who Wants to Be a Millionaire’ to see how the show is executed and recorded.
The new season will see the use of LED and Augmented Reality going up a notch, the timer has been named ‘Dhuk-Dhuk Ji’. Celebrities will grace the show on Friday for the show ‘Shaandaar Friday’. ‘Fastest Finger First’ has been modified to ‘Fastest Finger First – Triple Test’, in which the contestant has to give three correct GK answers. The lifeline of ‘Audience Poll’ has also made a comeback this season.
Last year due to the pandemic, the makers of the show took a step to eliminate the studio audience. Keeping in mind the Kovid precautions, social distancing and antigen test of all, the studio audience is back this season. Speaking about the show and the contestants, Bachchan shared, “If I invite someone on the hotseat, it’s like inviting someone to my house.”
‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 13’ will premiere on August 23 on Sony Entertainment Television.
