Actress Kashika Kapoor alleged that Prateik Sahajpal tried to edit her scenes from her latest music video Tu Laut Aa just to watch them, both are making headlines and it has sparked a new controversy. Now, the singer claims she has proof of it.
Later, the actress tried to clarify her point by saying that it was just a publicity stunt after Prateek was uncomfortable and asked him not to discuss it further. He also threatened to skip the promotional event as the makers tried to stop him.
Kashika, being targeted by Prateek’s fans and friends, tried to prove her point and clarified on her statement: “Girls are a very easy target in our country. And even now they will blame me for playing the woman card but not me.
He said, ‘The whole matter has been named ‘Kashika Kapoor controversy’ on me and I am completely fine. I am being targeted by Prateek and his fans and still it is not over. They are commenting on me on social media, they abused me and asked me to commit suicide, abused my family members and not only that but I came to know that he has given good amount to malign my name IANS
“Also, Bigg Boss contestants are also coming out in his support as they are all controversial. If I said something wrong then I agree. It was new to me all together, it was the first press conference in my life and I’m just 20. And when you find out that your screen presence has been hacked by someone for their own benefit, someone will be hurt and react. I have proof of entire conversation with the producers who claimed that Prateek asked them to remove my scenes.”
Meanwhile, Prateek’s friends and Bigg Boss contestants came out in his support. After Nikki Tamboli, Umar Riaz and VJ Andy, the latest to extend support to Prateek is his love school mentor and actor Karan Kundrra. He not only took Prateek’s side in the controversy but also questioned why the actor was called a “criminal” on social media. According to Karan, the allegations against the actor are “clearly harassment”.
