Varanasi: Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath Expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the transformation Kashi Vishwanath Dhamo Which has re-established the richness of Sanatan traditions on the global stage. Yogi said that Kashi has been witness to many attacks by foreign rulers in the last 1000 years, but people from different parts of the country have come forward from time to time to contribute in the rejuvenation of their heritage.
“Ahilyabai Holkar rebuilt the temple in the 18th century. Later, Maharaja Ranjit Singh donated a huge amount of gold for its domes. And today, thanks to the initiative of PM Modi, Kashi Vishwanath Dham stand has become ready. Earlier, Yogi had attacked SP chief Akhilesh Yadav for his claim that the Kashi Vishwanath Corridor project was approved during his tenure. “Would Congress or “Bua” (referring to BSP chief Mayawati) have built Kashi Vishwanath Dham? And, could “Babua” (referring to SP chief Akhilesh Yadav) sing songs of Lord Shiva?”
