Chhath Puja is an ancient Hindu festival, primarily observed in Bihar and Jharkhand. Like every year, the world celebrated the occasion with full fervour, and celebrities were no exception. As the echoes of Chhath Puja celebrations fade, several of them are hopping to their social media handles to share glimpses of their devotional moments. The actress, who hails from Bihar, took to her Instagram handle to share a video of her celebrating Chhath Puja. Dressed in a vibrant silk saree, adorned with intricate jewellery and traditional sindoor from her nose to her forehead, Manisha looked every bit devoted. Her post showed her performing the rituals, which resonated with her fans and garnered immense love and admiration.
Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 actor Kartik Aaryan commented on Manisha Rani’s Instagram post. Flocking to the comment box, the actor expressed a genuine desire to witness Chhath Puja in person. He wrote, “Happy Chhath Puja to you and everyone. Chhath Puja dekhne ka mera bohot mann hai.”
Kartik Aaryan is basking in the love for his role as Rooh Baba in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. The film, which released on November 1, is the latest chapter in the franchise that began with Priyadarshan’s 2007 hit Bhool Bhulaiyaa, starring Akshay Kumar in the iconic role of a ghostbuster. Kartik first stepped into the horror-comedy franchise with Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 in 2022, a film that became a runaway hit.
In addition to Kartik Aaryan, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 also stars Vidya Balan, Madhuri Dixit Nene, Vijay Raaz, Rajesh Sharma, Rajpal Yadav, Sanjay Mishra and Ashwini Kalselar. The third instalment in the franchise brings back Vidya Balan as Manjulika after 17 years, adding more excitement to the mix.
In terms of his upcoming projects, the actor has Anurag Basu’s directorial Aashiqui 3 in the pipeline. He will also be seen in Hera Pheri 3, Prem ki Shaddi and Pati Patni aur Woh 2.
