Karnataka: Fire breaks out at SSLC exam center (Representational image)
A fire broke out in the laboratory of a school near Ullal in Karnataka’s Dakshina Kannada district on Monday when the students were taking the SSLC examination in an adjoining room, police sources said.
He said the teachers immediately shifted the students to a nearby building and ensured that the exams were not disrupted.
The fire brigade personnel reached the spot and doused the fire, he said.
