Bollywood Actress Kareena Kapoor recently launched her first book, Kareena Kapoor’s Pregnancy Bible which covers her pregnancy experiences with her sons Taimur and Jeh and is a manual for all expectant mothers. On Monday evening, Bebo along with her industry colleague and close friend Karan Johar held a live session on Instagram to launch the book. During the session, she shared some details from the books and some anecdotes from her pregnancy.
During her second pregnancy, the actress was shooting for her upcoming film Laal Singh Chaddha with Aamir Khan and also shot a romantic scene with the actor when she was five months pregnant with Jeh.
Even when she was pregnant with Taimur, she didn’t lose touch with work, proving that she could balance the two with ease. Kareena and Saif Ali Khan welcomed their first son Taimur in 2016 and Jeh in February this year. His book is now available on Amazon.
Till the book’s release, she was sharing several pregnancy-related posts to publicize the book. These included everything from her favorite pregnancy food to her favorite TV show, and her pregnancy fashion.
The film Laal Singh Chaddha is the official Hindi remake of Tom Hanks starrer Forrest Gump.
