Kareena Kapoor will play Avni Bajirao Singham in Singham Again.
Singham Again will be Kareena Kapoor’s fourth film with Rohit Shetty, followed by Golmaal Returns, Golmaal 3 and Singham Returns.
Rohit Shetty’s upcoming film ‘Singham Again’ promises to be a star-studded affair. Following the reveal of Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Tiger Shroff, and Akshay Kumar’s first looks from the film, Ajay Devgn and the team have now introduced Kareena Kapoor Khan’s first-look poster as Avni Singham.
Kareena Kapoor is set to join the cast of Rohit Shetty’s multi-starrer cop film, Singham Again. Sharing her initial glimpse from the movie, Ajay Devgn stated, “Fierce, Strong, and Singham’s strength! Meet Avni Singham! (sic).” Kareena, sharing the poster on social media, wrote, “It’s about time. Rejoining forces with the cop verse (sic).”
Welcoming Kareena to the cop universe, Rohit Shetty wrote, “Meet the strength behind Singham… Avni Bajirao Singham We first worked together in 2007 3 blockbusters till now Golmaal Returns Golmaal 3 Singham returns And now working on our fourth project Singham Again 16 year long association. Nothing has changed, Bebo is still the same, simple, sweet and hardworking (sic).”
Only two days back, Rohit Shetty dropped Akshay Kumar’s poster from the film. On Sunday, the filmmaker took to his Instagram handle and dropped a poster in which Akshay was seen jumping from a helicopter. Dressed in an all-black attire, the actor was also seen holding guns in both his hands.
Sharing the poster, Rohit Shetty wrote, “In Singham Again, we are just doing what our fans want us to do! So here it is…Akshay Kumar and a helicopter! As we complete 2 years of Sooryavanshi, VEER SOORYAVANSHI joins the battle with Singham.” Check it out here:
Rohit Shetty has established a cop universe in Bollywood with three of his big movies – Singham, Simmba, and Sooryavanshi which starred Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh and Akshay Kumar respectively. The three superstars will now unite in Singham Again. In September this year, Rohit Shetty kicked off the movie with a mahurat shot at YRF studios in Mumbai. The filmmaker was also joined by Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn during the puja ceremony.
