Amidst his ugly feud with Nisha Rawal, actor Karan Mehra has shared a video with his son Kavish, revealing that he hasn’t seen him in 75 days. Karan was recently arrested by the Mumbai Police after filing a domestic violence complaint against Nisha. The actress had said that he pushed her against the wall and hit her on the head. Karan had denied these reports.
In the video shared by Karan on Instagram, he can be seen playing with his son Kavish. He wrote, “75 days later when I saw you last little Mehra @kavishmehra and counting.”
In an interview after Karan’s arrest, Nisha had said that she pushed him against a wall, injuring him grievously. She also accused him of cheating on her co-star. At the same time, Karan had said in an interview that she was lying about the interview. She said that he abused and spat on her and her parents and hurt herself.
In an interview with ANI in June, he also said, “I feel my son is no longer safe with Nisha. Earlier I had happily decided to let Kavish stay with Nisha, but now I really don’t have to. Don’t know. I don’t want my son. The child will be affected. I am really worried about him. It is heartbreaking to see what is happening.”
Karan was arrested by the Mumbai Police in May. However, he was released on bail after a few hours.
On the work front, Karan is best known for playing the role of Naitik Singhania in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai opposite Hina Khan. Nisha, on the other hand, is best known for films like Hasty Haste Follow Your Heart and TV show Saath Phere: Saloni Ka Safar. The separated couple also participated in the dance reality show Nach Baliye 5.
