Anupam Kher, Neena Gupta and Nargis Fakhri are about to grace Kapil Sharma Show to promote his upcoming film Shiv Shastri Balboa. Now, a new promo has been released for the upcoming episode. It shows Kapil Sharma having fun with the cast of Shiv Shastri Balboa as he and his team share funny anecdotes and jokes with Nargis and Anupam Kher, making everyone laugh.
The promo begins with Kiku Sharda’s character talking to Anupam Kher. She tells Kher that she saw the promo where he is looking for a ‘boxer’ like his grandfather. Disclosing the twist in this, he said that his grandfather had kept the boxer on the terrace to dry but due to the strong wind, it flew away. In another promo segment, Kapil mocks Nargis’ accent and asks her to clarify the title of the film. The actress finds it difficult to pronounce the full name and eventually gives up. Not only that, but the comedian gives him a tongue twister to repeat after that. Nargis fails to do so and alienates everyone.
Earlier, Anupam Kher had shared many pictures from the sets of The Kapil Sharma Show. In the pictures, the actor was seen posing with the comedian and the entire team of his film Shiv Shastri Balboa. Sharing the pictures, Anupam wrote, “Thank you dear Kapil Sharma for your love, warmth and appreciation at your show for the promotion of our upcoming film Shiv Shastri Balboa.”
Directed by Ajayan Venugopalan, the film also stars Jugal Hansraj, Sharib Hashmi, Anil Joseph and Josh Elliot Pickel in key roles. It revolves around Shiv Shastri, an Indian retiree and Rocky film fan, who moves to the United States and ends up on an unlikely road trip through the American heartland, learning that it takes time to reinvent himself. It’s never too late.
Meanwhile, several celebrities including Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, Janhvi Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, Vicky Kaushal, Kiara Advani, Bhumi Pednekar, and Parineeti Chopra have also graced The Kapil Sharma Show to promote their films.
