With its story inspired by the divinity of the boar-faced Panjurali Daiva, ‘Kantara’ captured the hearts of the audience.

The action thriller achieved sleeper hit status at the box office. To thank the gods and seek the divine’s blessings, actor-filmmaker Rishabh Shetty, and Vijay Kiragandur, founder of production house Homble Films, offered prayers at the Bhoota Kola festival somewhere in Karnataka.

Taking to their social media, Homble Films shared a video showing glimpses of the team seeking the blessings of the almighty.

In the caption, the production house wrote: “You surrender to nature and worship the almighty, who has given you so much success and freedom in life. #Kantara team witnessed divinity in real and blessed by the almighty! “

Kantara was released in Kannada and Hindi on 30 September and 14 October respectively. The film is written and directed by Rishab Shetty. Produced by Vijay Kiragandur and Chaluve Gowda, the film stars Shetty, Saptami Gowda and Kishore Kumar in lead roles.
