At the same time, the commission said that the rights of the child of the victim have been violated due to the incident, and asked whether the mental and physical condition of the child has been assessed after the incident. “If so, a detailed report may be submitted in this regard,” the commission said.
It asked whether any statement of the child had been recorded. “A video clip of the same may also be submitted,” it added.
Meanwhile, three men, arrested on Thursday night for allegedly assaulting a 45-year-old man involved in conversion in the city’s Barra area, were released on bail on Friday.
“The three accused, Ajay Rajesh, Aman Gupta and Rahul Kumar, have been booked under sections 147, 323, 504 and 506. Indian Penal Code He has been released on bail following the complaint of the victim officer Ahmed,” said Inspector Barra Harmeet Singh.
“Since all the sections of the IPC are within the scope of punishment of less than seven years, all the three accused have got bail from the police station itself,” he said.
