New Delhi: Kamal Haasan’s ‘Vikram’ continues to entertain the audience in theatres. Though the film saw its first drop in theaters this week, it has crossed another milestone. The film crossed the 300 crore mark in India, making it the highest-grossing film of all time in Tamil Nadu and a blockbuster in the country. The film crossed this magic number worldwide sometime back.

‘Vikram’ hit the theaters on June 3 and has been rocking the box office ever since. It paid Rs. It did a business of Rs 164.75 crore in its first week in theatres. The film closed its third week with a collection of Rs 72.50 crore in the second week. 38.50 crore and fourth week Rs. 21.50 crores. The film earned around Rs 5.25 crore in its fifth weekend and is expected to earn more.

The film will also arrive on the OTT platform Disney + Hotstar on July 8. It will premiere in four different languages ​​- Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.

The film is the spiritual successor to the 1986 film of the same name. It revolves around the mission of the Black Ops police team to expose a gang of masked killers.
