bollywood actress Kajol Social media faced severe backlash after he shared a clip from his film Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge as the cult classic completed 26 years of its release on Wednesday (October 20). Sharing the iconic train scene from the film, Kajol wrote, “Simran caught the train 26 years ago and we are still thanking everyone for all this love, 26YearsOfDDLJ.” There were also superstars in the blockbuster film of the 90s Shah Rukh Khan in the lead role.

Kajol’s post left the internet divided as some users remembered the time when the film was released and showered love on Shah Rukh and Kajol, others to celebrate instead of supporting SRK during this difficult period attacked the actress.

One user wrote, ‘Sorry but you don’t support SRK? Another said, “I expected you to stand by Shahrukh in this difficult time,,,, but… we didn’t see anything from your side at least in social media… I was your fan ma’am but Now…” Even Kajol’s fans expressed displeasure over Kajol’s ignorant behavior towards Shah Rukh’s personal life crisis.

Shah Rukh Khan is going through the toughest phase of his life as his 23-year-old son Aryan Khan Arthur is in jail. His son was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on October 3 in a drug case.

An alleged drugs party was busted by an NCB team on the Cordelia cruise ship, which was on its way to Goa in the middle of the sea on October 2. Along with Aryan, a total of 20 people including two Nigerian nationals have been arrested so far. The case pertains to the seizure of drugs after a raid at a party on a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast.
