bollywood actor, Kajol took all his fans back 29 years, remembering the days with Akshay Kumar And Saif Ali Khan While shooting for Yeh Dillagi as the film completes 29 years today, Kajol shared a throwback picture on her Instagram handle narrating some fun moments from the shooting days. Kajol posted an old picture with her co-stars from the film Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan. In the photo, all are smiling as they pose together for the camera.
Kajol recalled how Akshay Kumar bragged about her cooking skills and eventually made her an amazing dal. In the caption he wrote, “Lots of fun on this set..and all the little memories. Akshay brags about his cooking skills and finally makes us a simple yet amazing dal. Snow in the Dark in about 1.5 minutes.” km uphill because the car broke down at the bottom of the hill and our hotel was at the top and there were no cellphones!”.
She further added, “Riding a horse in a short skirt and to think that my cap would at least cover my face!!! Saif and I were laughing when we were shooting for Houghton Pe Bass and Saroj Zee wanted to shoot us instead of the film.” Reemaji is playing my mother for the first time and is playing cards with her on the sets. Directed by late director Yash Chopra, ‘Yeh Dillagi’ was released on 6 May 1994. Starring Kajol, Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan, Yeh Dillagi also featured veteran actors like Reema Lagoo, Deven Verma and Saeed Jaffrey among others. The film received a good response upon its release in 1994. The film’s soundtrack, which included songs such as “Ole Ole”, “Dekho Zara Dekho”, “Naam Kya Hai” and “Hothon Pe Bas”, was quite popular at the time. The film revolves around a love triangle between a playboy (Akshay Kumar), his boss’s daughter (Kajol) and her lover (Saif Ali Khan). The chemistry between Akshay and Kajol was appreciated by the audience and their on-screen pairing was appreciated.
