It appears the golden maknae of BTS, Jungkook, was hanging out with bestie and SEVENTEEN member Mingyu when Seungkwan began the online session.

Jungkook’s close bond with members of K-pop group SEVENTEEN is no secret to fans. He often hangs out with fellow K-pop idol Mingyu but it seems their latest outing was filled with a series of surprising twists. On Wednesday, the golden maknae of BTS hosted a candid live interaction on Weverse to divulge details about his upcoming music venture. But soon after ending the interaction, he also made it to the comment section of SEVENTEEN member Seungkwan’s live. It appears Jungkook was hanging out with Mingyu when Seungkwan began the online session.

The Seven hitmaker used Mingyu’s Weverse account to drop amusing comments in the chat section thereby leaving both ARMY and CARATs rejoiced. Loose English translation of his Korean comments going viral on social media claims, Jungkook said he misses Seungkwan and hinted they might soon drop a collaborative video of a dance challenge together. If that wasn’t enough, the BTS member also asked CARATs to support them before leaving the chat room.

Take a look it here:

Besides making an appearance in the chat section, Jungkook also ended up calling the SEVENTEEN member. Apparently, when the youngest idol of BTS asked the musician what he was up to. Seungkwan informed him he was on Weverse live and Jungkook immediately said “Hello CARATs” assuming his voice was broadcast online. But that wasn’t the case. Seungkwan humbly took Jungkook’s permission before sharing the details of their phone call conversation with fans online.

After disconnecting the call, Seungkwan joked that he can brag to his friends about being friends with BTS’ Jungkook.

This comes at a time when SEVENTEEN’s Mingyu joined Jungkook in a 3D dance challenge. Twinning and winning in denim ensembles, the besties appear to be in perfect sync while grooming enthusiastically to the beats of Jungkook’s second solo track.

Meanwhile, Jungkook has officially announced the release date of his first solo album. Titled Golden, the album consists of 11 tracks including his Billboard number one single Seven and the follow-up hit track 3D featuring six-time Grammy-nominated rapper Jack Harlow. Golden is scheduled to drop on November 3.
