The recruitment drive was conducted by Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) to fill a total of 252 vacancies for various posts including Deputy Collector, Assistant Municipal Commissioner, District Coordinator, Jail Superintendent, and others under the state service. All 252 posts have been filled through recruitment exam result. The merit list contains details of roll number, name, primary category, service allotted, category of shortlisted candidates, etc.

The interview round was held from 09 to 16 May
The interviews of the candidates who have qualified the JPSC Main Examination were conducted by Jharkhand Public Service Commission from May 9, 2022 to May 16, 2022. According to the official notification released earlier by the commission, the successful candidates after the interview have been appointed against 252 vacant posts in various departments of the government. Earlier, Jharkhand Combined Civil Services Main Exam was conducted from March 11 to March 13 in 14 centers across Ranchi. A total of 4,244 candidates appeared in the exam.
