Ahead of the Uttar Pradesh elections, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President JP Nadda will address the BJP Working Committee in Uttar Pradesh via video conferencing on Friday. This comes a day after Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the mega-development project in Varanasi.
