Jobs offered to the families of 10 victims in Nabane in Rampurhat, Bhadu’s family will get jobs

The administrative process of giving government jobs to the families of the victims of Rampurhat massacre has started from Friday. On this day, in Navane, the district administration has recommended to give job to one member out of 10 families of the victims for humanitarian reasons. If you want to give job then you have to pass this proposal in cabinet meeting.

After the Rampurhat massacre, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee had visited the spot on March 24. He promised a compensation of Rs 5 lakh each and a government job each to the families of those killed in the massacre. After that the district administration collected the names of the dead and their families and made a proposal. The proposal was submitted to Navane on Friday.

Significantly, the Chief Minister did not meet the family of Bhadu Sheikh, accused in the Rampurhat murder case. But today the proposal submitted to Navne also includes a recommendation to give job to Vadu Sheikh’s family.

Opposition groups called for a boycott of the Rampurhat massacre. The Left alleges that the state is not recruiting eligible job seekers by lying on the streets day in day out. At that time the ruling party was using government jobs to hide its corruption and incompetence.
