Jharkhand: A clash broke out between two groups in Dhanbad on Friday over the alleged theft of e-rickshaw battery. According to the police, there was stone pelting during the clash. To control the situation, the state government has imposed Section 144 in the area. According to SSP Dhanbad, so far around 30 people have been arrested from both the sides.
“Yesterday two groups clashed over alleged theft of e-rickshaw batteries. Stones were pelted during the clash. Section 144 was imposed in the area yesterday. Around 30 people from both sides have been arrested. The situation is peaceful.” And it is under control now,” said SSP Dhanbad.
