In Jharkhand, state police lathi-charged girl students at Dhanbad collectorate. Case 6 is of July. The protesting girl students forcibly blocked the road by sitting in front of the hall gate. Here state Minister Banna Gupta was presiding over a meeting. The police had to use force to control them.
