Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren said some things keeping in mind the farmers on Wednesday. He said that banks should focus on providing loans to people of all sections and all communities in the state and Kisan Credit Cards to more and more farmers.
Chief Minister Hemant Soren said in a seminar organized by National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) in Jharkhand Mantralaya today that I have received complaints from the general public especially women about not providing loans by banks. From the complaints against the banks by the general public, it appears that the attitude of the banks towards the needy remains indifferent.
The Chief Minister said that the indifferent attitude towards providing loans is not good, there is a need to improve the methodology. He said that during the corona virus epidemic, when all the arrangements for employment generation were almost closed, then agriculture was the only sector from which the economy could be saved.
Soren said that agriculture has always been the strength of the villagers. In order to strengthen the agriculture work, the state government has implemented many ambitious schemes.
