Summary
Security forces have got a big success in Jharkhand. They thwarted the conspiracy of Naxalites by recovering a large number of IEDs in Seraikela. The Naxalites were going to target the security forces through them.
In Seraikela, Jharkhand, security forces have foiled a major conspiracy of Naxalites by recovering 35 Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs). The Naxalites were going to use them to target the security forces.
These IEDs were recovered from a hideout in Jharkhand’s Seraikela- Kharswan district. The police got information about them from informers. As soon as the information was received, the security forces seized them from a hideout of Naxalites between Ragurdi and Dodarda villages. SP Anand Prakash said that this area comes under Kuchai police post.
Each IED weighs four kilos. These IEDs have been deactivated by the bomb disposal squad of the police.
