After contract health workers in Jharkhand, now the Sahiyas (Asha workers) of the state have gone on an indefinite strike from Monday. According to information, more than 42,000 Sahiyas (Asha workers) across Jharkhand are protesting demanding a hike in their remuneration.

Also, the protesters have decided to take out a rally at the block level on Tuesday.
