‘Jhalli Anjali’ fame Aditya Agarwal turns DJ
The entertainment industry welcomes many artists every day but not all are able to keep up with the stiff competition. Similarly, when Aditya Agarwal dreamed of becoming an actor, he left his home in Delhi and shifted his base to Mumbai. “For the initial few years, I could only see rejection. I gave so many auditions that now I have lost track but I feel I have learned only from those defeats. Then finally in the year 2013, I got my first break with After that I continued working in TV shows and print shoots till 2016,” reveals Aditya.
Talking about his most memorable show, he says, “It will always be Jhalli Anjali which I did with Zaan Khan and Chandni Bhagwanani. What a wonderful day they were! We all used to have a lot of fun on the sets and I never had any fun with them. -Sometimes miss the cast. And the crew a lot. This show will always be special for me.”
He further adds, “But surviving in Mumbai is not an easy task. After my show Jhalli Anjali. I was not getting good offers. So I started shooting for commercials and thus I could achieve my goal in Mumbai. could do.”
That’s when in 2016, he thought of changing his profession to become a DJ. “I was always passionate about music and the music scene always fascinated me. It was then that I was suggested to try my hand at DJing. I first took a professional course in Delhi as I wanted to learn to do it the right way. Now the rest is history. I quit acting to pursue my passion as a disc jockey. I have branched out into other mediums as well, but I am passionate about it. I want to pursue my passion and profession. I keep taking gigs,” he says.
