Janhvi Kapoor’s wedding plans include graduation in Capri and mehendi at mother Sridevi’s ancestral home

Janhvi said that she wants a ‘simple and basic’ wedding, which she wants to complete in two days. In an interview to Peacock Magazine, Janhvi said that she will have her bachelorette party ‘in Capri, on a yacht’ and her wedding will take place in Tirupati.

Talking about her pre-wedding celebrations, including mehendi and sangeet ceremonies, the actress revealed that it will take place in ‘a house in Mylapore’, probably referring to Sridevi’s ancestral home. When asked about the reception, Jhanvi asked, “Is the reception necessary? No no? Then screw the reception, main nipatau jaldi.”

She also revealed the outfits she would be wearing. “Gold and ivory kanjeevaram or a pattu pavadai saree on her day and pink on her mehndi,” she said.

Janhvi wants to have a simple and simple wedding with Mogra flower decorations. She said that her wedding decorations would be “traditional, but simple, full of mogras and candles”. Also, Janhvi revealed that she is not ‘very good at decor’ but wants it to be ‘basic’, to the extent that she expects their wedding to be a small affair. “Do din mein mein ita lipataao (I will wrap it in two days),” the actress said.
