Janhvi Kapoor’s latest photos have sparked a troll gate. On Wednesday, Janhvi took to her Instagram and revealed she performed at a recent awards show. She took the stage solo and danced to some of her biggest hits. She was seen wearing a colourful long skirt and silver blouse for the performance. Her background dancers were also seen wearing a bright blue blouse and yellow skirts. While the performers looked stunning, many noticed that her back-up dancers were seen dancing with cleaning dusters.
The photos were shared on Reddit and many social media users trolled the photos. “Sad they had to use feather dusting brooms as props,” a social media user commented. “Budget thoda kam hogaya iss year,” added another. “LMAOOOOO that’s so sad,” a third user said. “It’s giving Annual sports day of my past school,” a fourth user wrote.
Meanwhile, Janhvi has been busy on the work front. The actress will be making her Telugu film debut with Devara. The film is headlined by Jr NTR and also stars Saif Ali Khan. Devara was originally slated to release in April this year. However, a source close to the production house told Pinkvilla, “Devara is a high-end VFX film, and the output is taking longer than expected. The makers are clear about not compromising on the visuals, as the stakes are high. NTR Jr. is also very cautious about next after RRR and wants to deliver a big cinematic experience. The makers are now looking to arrive in the second half of 2024.”
Janhvi is also said to make her Tamil film industry debut. The actress will be soon seen sharing the screen with superstar Suriya in the much-anticipated mythological drama, ‘Karna.’ It seems that Janhvi has been roped in to play the leading lady in the film opposite Suriya. The film is based on the Mahabharata.
