After Roohi, Janhvi will once again share screen space with Rajkummar Rao in this film.
Jhanvi Kapoor has wrapped up Mr. and Mrs. Mahi.
After starring together in the horror comedy Roohi, Rajkummar Rao and shared a post about their reunion on their personal Instagram accounts. Both of them are ready to work in Mr. and Mrs. Mahi. The film is being directed by Sharan Sharma, who previously directed Janhvi in the lead role in his 2020 directorial venture Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl.
He wrote that waking up this morning felt like a new beginning in many ways. Sharing snapshots from the shoot, Janhvi wrote, “2 years back when I first picked up my bat,” she wrote in the caption. And now we have finally wrapped up the shoot of #MrandMrsMahi. But I feel kind of empty. Like a blank canvas. I feel like we’ve been to war and comeback, and I’ve seen a lot of heroes in action. @vikrant_yeliigeti @abhisheknayar we would have been lost without you. And I would have definitely collapsed on day 1 @manushnanandop sir you lifted us on your shoulders and made sure we reached the finish line. @anaygoswamy for making every fight a beautiful painting. Janhvi took to her social media handle to announce the film last year. She wrote, “Time to pad up – it’s going to be a journey of two hearts chasing a dream! Presenting #MrAndMrsMahi, coming to cinemas near you on 7th October, 2022.”
Janhvi will next be seen in Baawal opposite Varun Dhawan. She will also make her south debut with a film opposite Jr NTR, tentatively titled NTR 30.
