Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) invites applications for admission to the Center for Distance and Online Education (CDOE) in both distance and online mode for the academic session 2023-24. Interested students can apply online at jmi.ucanapply.com. The last date for submission of online application is June 30, 2023.
CDOE, Jamia offers 12 online programs – BA (General), B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MA in Urdu, History, Education, English, Hindi, Sociology, Political Science, Public Administration and Sociology. Application form and prospectus can be downloaded from the official website.
Programs offered in ODL mode
i) Post graduate programs like M.A. in History, Education, English, Hindi
Sociology, Political Science, Public Administration, HRM and M.Com.
ii) Undergraduate programs like BA (General), B.Com, BCIBF and BBA.
iii) Diploma programs like PGDGC, PGDGI, DECCE.
iv) Certificate Program CIT.CCHNT.
Applicants are advised to read the Prospectus-2023-24 and instructions carefully before filling the form. The verification of documents and submission of fees will start from July 15. The last date for admission formalities in all respects for non-testing programs is August 30, 2023.
Meanwhile, JMI is currently accepting applications for Residential Coaching Academy (RCA) for Civil Services Coaching (CSC) Program 2023. From the persons who will attempt the UPSC Prelims & Mains Exam 2024. The last date to submit applications for this program which offers free coaching and hostel facilities is today, June 5. This opportunity is open to the candidates belonging to Minority Communities, Scheduled Castes. , ST, and women applicants.
The RCA entrance exam will be conducted on June 18 at 10 different locations across the country. The locations include Srinagar, Jammu, Patna, Delhi, Guwahati, Lucknow Mumbai, Malappuram, Bengaluru and Hyderabad. On the website of the Office of the Controller of Examinations, JMI, jmicoe.in, candidates will find comprehensive information about the format, prerequisites, test venues and facilities for the entrance test offered by Jamia RCA.
