New Delhi: Technology has become a measure of a country’s status like never before and democracy, in particular, faces some unique challenges arising out of it, the External Affairs Minister said. S Jaishankar said on Tuesday.
but in a virtual address global technology summit 2021, Jaishankar Said that mastering key areas of technology has now become an expression of power and influence in a world that is more globalized and technology driven.
