Bathinda: Gangster Saraj Sandhu, who has been named in late Punjabi singer Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu aka Sidhu Moose Wala killing case, has now been booked for uploading a photo in social media from inside Bathinda jail on September 2. A case has been registered at Bathinda Cantonment police station under the Prison Act.
As Sandhu has been accused of posting the photo on Instagram, his account has been blocked and also put under surveillance. Sources said his Instagram account was being operated by someone else.
Sandhu was lodged in Ferozepur jail along with another accused Manpreet Manna from December 22, 2021, to April 23, 2022, in other cases. However, after the killing of Punjabi rapper Moose Wala, he was shifted to Bathinda jail, where he is allegedly in touch with Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldy Brar.
