A picture of Jacqueline Fernandez with Sukesh Chandrashekhar has sparked controversy a few weeks later. As per the publication’s report, the picture was reportedly taken between April-June this year, when he was out on interim bail.
The report further states that the phone seen in the photo is the same with which he carried out the scam.
In October, Jacqueline found herself embroiled in controversies after being summoned by the Enforcement Directorate in connection with a money laundering case involving Sukesh. The thug’s lawyer had told the media that the actress was dating him. Jacqueline’s spokesperson also made a statement denying his or her involvement with his wife, actress Lena Maria Paul.
Jacqueline’s spokesperson said in a statement, “Jacqueline Fernandez is being called by the ED to testify as a witness. She has duly recorded her statements and will fully co-operate with the agency in future investigations as well. Jacqueline also categorically denies the alleged scandalous statements made about the relationship with the couple involved. ,
Advocate Anant Malik, representing Chandrashekhar, had earlier said, “Jacqueline and Sukesh were dating, these are my instructions, this is straight from the horse’s mouth.”
Chandrashekhar, also known as Balaji, duped people with the promise of jobs. Allegedly as a relative of a politician, he duped more than 100 people and duped of Rs 75 crore. According to Asianet News, Chandrasekhar and his alleged girlfriend Leena Maria Paul were arrested by the police in 2011 on charges of defrauding Chennai-based Canara Bank. Later both came out on bail. But Chandrashekhar did not change his ways.
Chandrashekhar was lodged in Tihar Jail after he was arrested from a hotel in April 2017 in the infamous Election Commission (EC) bribery case. It was alleged that he took money from AIADMK (Amma) leader TTV Dinakaran to bribe Election Commission officials in connection with a dispute over the AIADMK’s “two leaves” symbol.
