Jackie Shroff and Sangeeta Bijlani will be seen as guest judges on the special episode of Independence Day in Super Dancer Chapter 4. The contestants will perform on a slew of timeless songs from the actors. Viewers will also see Jackie and Sangeeta sharing some interesting anecdotes with the contestants.
This will be the first time in the history of the Indian reality show that the audience will be entertained with 75 different dance forms from across the world in a single episode. Jackky and Sangeeta will also take to the stage to revive their chartbusters like ‘Gadar Ne Kiya Hai Ishara’ and ‘Gali Gali Main Phirta Hai’. This episode will last for three hours.
The makers are adding Bollywood celebrities in the absence of Shilpa Shetty, one of the regular judges on the show along with Geeta Kapoor and Anurag Basu. Last week, one of the cutest couples of Bollywood, Genelia D’Souza and Riteish Deshmukh graced the show. The two were seen performing on one of their romantic songs, which won the hearts of the audience.
Shilpa Shetty has not been shooting for the reality show ever since her husband Raj Kundra was arrested by the Mumbai Police in a case related to allegedly making obscene films and publishing them through certain apps. Before Riteish and Genelia, Karisma Kapoor came on the show as a guest judge.
Last time, Shilpa took a break from the show when her entire family tested positive for Covid-19. At that time, Malaika Arora stepped in for them as the crew moved to Daman due to the Covid-19 restrictions.
