More than a week after J-Hope enlisted in the South Korean army, new images of him have surfaced online. A supporter posted photos of J-Hope wearing the uniform on Twitter. J-Hope was seen in one photo waving a gun with his squad members.

In the second picture, the rapper can be seen smiling as he eats. J-Hope was pictured sitting with other soldiers as a plate of various dishes was placed in front of him. J-Hope also gave the thumbs-up sign as he smiled at the camera.

Sharing the photo, the fan wrote on Twitter, “#Hobie had his first course in combat skills, and firearms training on how to shoot a gun. Photos are official and reviewed by the Commander at the 23rd-Fifth Cafe at Camp Shinkyo University You are done. My #Hosek, I am so proud of you.”

J-Hope, the second BTS member to enlist in the military, recently reported to a South Korean boot camp to begin his 18-month mandatory military service. There is a boot camp in Wonju, about 90 kilometers (55 mi) east of Seoul, where J-Hope is reportedly currently living. I love you, Army,” J-Hope wrote in a message on Weaver before leaving for camp. I’ll see you again.
