After announcing the good news last month, TV actors Debina Banerjee and Gurmeet Choudhary are all set to welcome their third child. Amidst all the best wishes and love for the couple since the announcement, Debina has decided to touch on some sensitive issues. In a recent video, Debina expressed her displeasure over the many questions a woman receives regarding pregnancy.
In the provocative video released by Koimoi on her Instagram handle, Debina can be seen exposing several insensitive yet common questions that are commonly asked by women. “When will you have a baby?” “You are married now, so when is the baby coming,” are some of the questions that Debina said was not appropriate to ask.
He said that these questions can be very painful for those women who have gone through a serious problem like abortion. “Though these may be the most beautiful questions,” she said. Debina further insists that everyone knows what is good or bad for them and so does a woman. “So, a woman is still becoming a mother, it means she has her own reasons,” Debina highlights.
Debina even discussed that there can be many reasons for a woman not having a child. She said that it could either be just one’s choice or she could be suffering from some physical problems or “it is not happening.” Debina then urged people to always avoid being harsh on a woman by showering her with questions, whatever the reason, which can take a toll on her mental health. “It’s just not okay,” she said.
Debina and Gurmeet shared the news of being pregnant with another child in February through an Instagram post. Since then, Gurmeet and Debina have shared a lot of sweet moments together where Debina can be seen flaunting her baby bump. Notably, the bond between the couple was evident in a heartwarming video shared by Debina earlier. In the video, Gurmeet is seen lovingly helping his lady-love to wear sandals.
Through her latest video, Debina has definitely tried to spread awareness about pregnancy.
