Yisrael Beitenu MK Oded Forer, chairman of the Committee on Immigration, Absorption and Expatriate Affairs, will meet with a committee to discuss immigration from Russia to Israel in light of its recent conflict with the Wagner military group.
Forer said, “The government should recalculate a course regarding immigration from Russia and not miss the opportunity for a huge wave of immigration.”
The discussion will deal with the government’s preparedness for the crisis and its impact on the Jewish community and immigration to Israel.
