Israel Police officers closed off Highway 7 after they suspected that a dangerous substance had leaked from a truck on the road, according to an Israel Police spokesperson.
Residents of the nearby Givat Washington were instructed to stay indoors while the dangers were assessed, and commuters were asked to stay away.
