After entering Assam, Islam, originally from Narayanganj in Bangladesh, married a girl from Chirang district and settled in Hawli, Barpeta. “He also has a minor daughter at his house. He is an expert in Islamic religious affairs and also started working as a teacher at Dhakliyapara Mosque in Barpeta.
The source said that the arrested members had used highly developed cyber tools for communication and other purposes.
