iqoo: iQoo 7 series, iQoo Z3 will get two major Android updates, confirms company – Times of India

Vivo sub brand iQoo has announced that the brand will introduce regular operating system updates for both iQoo 7 Series and iQoo Z3. The company announced this through the Twitter account of iQoo India. As part of the tweet, iQoo said that the iQoo 7 series and iQoo Z3 There will be two major Android updates and three years of security updates.

iQoo 7 Series
The iQoo 7 series was launched in India earlier this year in April. This series includes iQoo 7 and iQoo 7 Legend which are priced at Rs 31,990 and Rs 39,990 respectively.
Both the handsets flaunt a 6.62-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 20:9 aspect ratio and 120Hz refresh rate.
The iQoo 7 smartphone is powered by the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC, paired with up to 12GB of RAM, has a triple rear camera setup of 48MP + 13MP + 2MP sensors, and a 16MP front-facing camera. It is backed by a 4400mAh battery with 66W fast charge support.
For iQoo 7 Legend, buyers get Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC. The camera duties are performed by 48MP+13MP+13MP sensors. The front camera is the same as the iQoo 7 handset. Backed by a 4000mAh battery, it has 66W FlashCharge fast charging.
iQoo Z3
The iQoo Z3 smartphone flaunts a 6.58-inch FHD+ screen with 120Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate.
The iQoo Z3 smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 768G SoC, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
For imaging duties, the iQoo Z3 sports a triple-camera setup at the back. The primary camera is 64MP sensor (f/1.79 aperture). It is accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera and a 2MP macro sensor. On the front, users get a 16MP sensor.
Backed by a 4400mAh battery, the iQoo Z3 comes with 55W fast charging support.
