MS Dhoni was seen jokingly slapping Deepak Chahar on the back of his head before the match between CSK and DC

Dhoni won the toss and decided to bat first, but after the toss, the CSK captain was seen jokingly hitting his teammate Deepak Chahar.
The incident happened shortly before the toss, Chahar was seen chatting with CSK bowling coach Dwayne Bravo when Dhoni passed by the Indian pacer and tried to crack a joke.

The 41-year-old wicket-keeper batsman tried to slap Chahar on the back of the head, the pacer though saw it coming and reacted in time to dodge the fake hit.
The incident went viral on social media soon after it took place in a training session ahead of CSK’s match against Delhi, which the Yellow Army won by 27 runs.

Talking about the match, it was another clinical performance from CSK as they halted the resurgence of Delhi Capitals and boosted their chances of qualifying for the IPL 2023 playoffs.
The four-time IPL champions scored 167/8 after opting to bat first, courtesy some valuable contributions from their entire batting unit.

In reply, when Delhi set out to chase down the required 168, CSK bowlers restricted them to 140/8.
