Interview of lawyer for Muslim side in Mathura dispute: Salma Begum makes Radha’s chunari, does not even spit in the thread; Muslims do Bhandara on Janmashtami

Mathura court has accepted the petition to remove the royal Idgah built next to Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi. Now the next hearing of the case will be on July 1. So far more than 20 petitions have been filed regarding this dispute. The plaintiff i.e. the Hindu side says that the prison in which Lord Krishna was born is just below the mosque.

Meanwhile, we had a conversation with Tanveer Ahmed, the secretary of the Shahi Idgah and the only lawyer for the Muslim side. He has also been the district president of SP in Mathura. Why did he call these petitions a well-thought-out script of 2024? Let’s know…

“The royal Idgah stands as direct evidence”
Tanveer said, “The controversy was nothing. People of all religions live together in Mathura. The Shahi Idgah remains in its place. Next to it is a grand temple of Shri Krishna. Worship is done in the temple. Prayers are held for 5 times in the mosque. Roads are different, borders are different.”

“The outsiders kept on making petitions, no one from Mathura”
I would like to say a sincere thanks to all the people of Mathura. He did not give any consideration to the matter. Didn’t get involved in anyone’s words. So far more than 20 petitions have been made. All done by outsiders. In the year 2020, outsiders came to Mathura and filed this petition. These people are roaming from place to place filing cases. He also made petitions on Gyanvapi, Lucknow, Qutub Minar.

“Ranjana petitioned to become Krishna’s friend, script being written for 2024”
In the year 2020, Ranjana Agnihotri, the advocate of the plaintiff, filed a petition calling herself Krishna’s next friend. Before the court, she said, “I am a devotee of Krishna, Krishna’s life has been consecrated on the birthplace, so I can fight the case on his behalf.” His petition was rejected by the lower court.

The matter remained pending for 2 years, then on May 19, 2022, the District Court accepted that petition. Since then there has been a competition of petitions for one. People are making petitions by changing parties. The script of 2024 is being written by these people under complete planning.

“Hundreds of Mathura Muslims perform Bhandara on Janmashtami”
Tanveer further added, “Mathura is the place where Radha Rani’s chunari is made by Salma Begum. While making chunari, she pays special attention to the fact that the thread does not spit. Otherwise the chunri will become impure.”

There are many Muslim artisans who make the crown and dress of Lord Krishna. Hundreds of Muslims of Mathura organize Bhandara on the festival of Janmashtami, thousands of devotees from all over the country carry Prasad.

“Janmabhoomi Trust has no objection to Shahi Idgah”
Janmabhoomi Trust or say Janmabhoomi Seva Sansthan has no problem with Shahi Idgah Masjid. No member of the trust and its committee has raised any objection in the court so far. The Shahi Idgah Masjid Committee also has no objection to the temple. Those who petitioned to demolish the mosque have nothing to do with the Janmabhoomi Trust.

However, when we spoke to Kapil Sharma, secretary of Janmabhoomi Trust, he said, the mosque should be removed. The Janmabhoomi Trust pays all the taxes on the mosque.

“The sanctum sanctorum is under the mosque, so why is it built in the temple?”
The temple land is spread over 13.37 acres. There is a path parallel to Potra Kund, while the Katra Keshavdev temple is built. That is the real birthplace of Krishna. These trustees have built a grand temple next to the mosque and have been playing with the sentiments of Hindus for years. There is no evidence of a temple near the mosque here.

If the sanctum sanctorum is below the mosque, then why is it built separately in the temple? For many years, Hindus have been offering it as the real sanctum sanctorum. Trust is taking advantage.
