Aishwarya Dhanush marked International Women’s Day by sharing a happy picture of herself along with a note of gratitude. The director, who recently announced her split from actor-husband Dhanush, shared a candid picture on Instagram, sporting a wide smile. She shared the picture and wrote, “Thank you almighty…for being a woman born to my soul #blessed #proud..every day.”

The filmmaker was showered with wishes in the comments section. Several fans wrote, “Happy Women’s Day ma’am.” Another added, “You are a great person. Keep up the awesomeness.” Aishwarya is also recovering from a health issue. On Monday, Aishwarya revealed that she was once again admitted to the hospital for fever and dizziness. “Life before covid and after covid… again facing fever and dizziness in hospital and what not! But when you come to visit one of the most beautiful inspiring inspiring dynamic doctors and spend time with you… what a start for womens day eve for me to meet you! Honorable Madam,” she revealed.

Despite her deteriorating health, Aishwarya is not allowing her health to be affected. She took to her Instagram Stories and shared a picture in which she was seen in a hospital outfit, adding the finishing touches to her project. While being photographed, Aishwarya was seen sitting with a DOP. “Changes until the last minute,” she captioned the picture.

Aishwarya Rajinikanth and Dhanush R announced their separation earlier this year. After being together for 18 years, the two revealed that they are separating through a joint statement. “The journey has been one of growth, understanding, adjustment and adaptation. Today we stand at a place where our paths have parted… Aishwarya and I have decided to part ways as a couple and take time to understand us as individuals for the better. Please respect our decision and provide the confidentiality we need to deal with this,” the couple said in their joint statement.
