The BJP President said that Rahul Gandhi cannot swallow India’s glory. Nadda alleged that he questions its vaccines, surgical strikes and tries to divide Hindus and Muslims

Bharatiya Janata Party President JP Nadda has accused Congress leader Rahul Gandhi of running a “mega shopping mall of hate” instead of his alleged “shop of love”. The latter is Rahul’s subject. Gandhi’s ongoing tour of the United States.

“Rahul Gandhi cannot swallow the pride of our country. He questions our vaccine, our surgical strike, tries to divide Hindus and Muslims, but at the same time says he is running a ‘mohabbat ki dukaan’. I want to tell them that you are actually running a ‘Mega Shopping Mall of Hate’.

The BJP chief said the whole world saw a pandemic and financial crisis due to Covid and the Russia-Ukraine war. “The growth rate for the US is estimated at 1.4%, China at 5.2%, but India is forecast at 6.1%. Morgan Stanley has shown it could touch 7.2%. What should I tell the illiterate people of Congress – that the country you have gone to is at 1.4% while India may be at 7.2%,” Nadda said in a strong attack on Rahul Gandhi and subsequent speeches during his US visit .

He said that even US President Joe Biden told Prime Minister Narendra Modi that he wanted his autograph and complained to him that he has been inundated with requests for invitations to PM’s events during his upcoming US visit.

He said that the de-hyphenation of India and Pakistan happened during the tenure of PM Modi. “Earlier, world leaders always mentioned us together. No one does anymore. Nadda said, India is now India and Pakistan is where it is.

The BJP president said that before 2014 no one knew whether the PMO was running the government or 10 Janpath (Sonia Gandhi’s residence). “There has been a big difference since 2014. From policy paralysis to a government taking bold decisions. The political culture changed. From vote bank politics to report card politics, from dynasty to democracy and meritocracy. Before 2014, no one knew where the bomb blast would happen – before Connaught Place or the High Court or the temple or the Varanasi Ghat. Today the country is safe and united. Did anyone think that Article 370 would end? It was on August 6, 2019, when the complete integration of the country was done,” Nadda said.

He was speaking at the release of the book ‘Amrit Kaal Ki Ore’ written and edited by Shivanand Dwivedi and KK Upadhyay.
