Mumbai: Deepika Padukone on Saturday flooded her Instagram feed with pictures from her latest trip to Bhutan. The sequence of pictures started with a solo picture of Deepika, in which the ‘Piku’ actor can be seen sitting on a rock in a forest. The actor was wearing a black athleisure outfit, suggesting that she had gone for a long hike.
Later, she went on to share breathtaking pictures of scenic Bhutan, covering the sky, jungle, religious places, rivers, bridges and what not! The last frame of the series shows Deepika posing with some kids. Besides this, Deepika also shared glimpses of the delicious cuisine she tried during her trip.
Most probably the actor went for the trip alone as her husband Ranveer Singh or any other family member is not seen with her in any of the frames. Earlier some pictures and videos of his trip went viral. The official page of YourCafe restaurant on Instagram shared pictures of the actor with the staff. In these photos, Deepika is wearing a white outfit and dark sunglasses. The team captioned the post, “Thank you very much for visiting Nephag Heritage, Your Cafe, Bhutan. It’s a pleasure to serve you and your family. It’s a soul connected to the land.” Deepika used the same caption for all the pictures. It is called “#landofthethunderdragon”. In another picture, Deepika posed with a female trainer during a walk to Tiger’s Nest in Takhtsang, Paro.
