National Restaurant Association of India (NRAI) members become Santas to children from orphanages, slums and NGOs NRAIIts CSR initiative is called ‘Santa’s Cause’.
Launched in 2019 by NRAI Kolkata chapter, this year also taken up by NRAI Delhi, Noida, Gurugram and Mumbai chapters. In collaboration with our member restaurants, associate members and other members, NRAI distributed food and gifts to over 20,000 children. Varun KheraNRAI Noida Chapter Head and Director, Dream Square Hospitality LLP said, “NRAI Delhi, Noida and Gurugram Chapters in association with Ruble Nagi Art Foundation conducted the campaign and distributed food packets to various orphanages, old age homes and slums in Delhi. , Noida and Gurugram. The smiles of those children that we saw are the most beautiful and cherished gifts of my life.” Talking about his first NRAI initiative as Co-Chapter Head, Mumbai, Rachel Goenka, who is also the founder and CEO of The Chocolate Spoon Company, said, “This is an initiative that I am honored to be associated with. Each member of the Mumbai chapter of NRAI tried their best to contribute to the cause which gives back to the community as much as possible. This is the busiest time of the year for our industry and it is amazing to see such support from the fraternity. ,
