The Pakistani fishing boats were seized by the BSF from the Harami Nala Creek area along the Indo-Pakistan maritime border near Kutch district. According to BSF sources, they received information about the infiltration of Pakistani fishing boats and fishermen on Thursday, following which a massive search operation was launched in an area spread over an area of ​​about 300 square kilometres. During this, 11 Pakistani boats were confiscated, while the intruders fled after hearing the BSF call.

Following the seizure of Pakistani boats, the BSF has launched a search operation in the Gulf region to find out if any more such boats from the neighboring country have entered Indian waters. According to BSF’s Gujarat Frontier Inspector General GS, during routine patrolling, the landscape of the area was taken with the help of drone cameras, which detected fishing boats in the Harami Nala area. After this, the BSF team immediately reached the spot and seized the Pakistani boats.

Harami Nala is a swampy area of ​​22 km.
‘Harami Nala’ is a 22 km long sea route dividing India and Pakistan in the Kutch region of Gujarat. Some part of Barmer district of Rajasthan also touches here. There is a lot of swamps and water here. Lobsters and other precious fishes are found here. Although their hunting is prohibited, but due to being valuable, hunting continues here. The level and velocity of water also keeps on fluctuating according to the season. This swampy drain is about twenty to twenty-two kilometers long and the entire area is like this.
