Indore resident filed a complaint on the use of his vehicle number in the shooting of Vicky Kaushal’s film

An Indore man has filed a complaint with the police, alleging that the registration number of his scooter on a motorcycle was used illegally during the shooting of a film sequence with the actors. Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan, an official said on Sunday.

No FIR has been registered yet and they are probing the complaint, the official said.

The complainant, Jai Singh Yadav, who is in the photo-framing business, said that the registration number of his scooter on a motorcycle was used during the recent shooting of the sequence of the upcoming film in Madhya Pradesh.

He said pictures from the shoot, in which Kaushal and Khan are seen on a motorcycle, have surfaced on social media.

Yadav told reporters that those involved in the shooting of the film had not taken his permission before using the registration number of his two-wheeler.

He said that I am afraid that if there is any accident or illegal work related to the motorcycle concerned, then legal responsibility may fall on me.

Yadav said that he has lodged a complaint with the Banganga police station regarding the alleged illegal use of his vehicle number and appropriate legal action should be taken against the person responsible for it.

Banganga police station in-charge Rajendra Soni said, “We are probing the complaint. No FIR has been registered yet. Appropriate action will be taken after investigation.”

According to a legal expert, using the registration number of any other vehicle with fraudulent intent can be dealt with under section 420 (cheating), section 482 (using false property mark) and other relevant provisions of the Indian Penal Code. Is. Motor Vehicles Act.
