IndiGo plane avoids trouble before takeoff from Kolkata

Kolkata to Raipur flight got disrupted last evening. IndiGo flight 6E7192 was getting ready to take off for its destination at 6:30 pm. Then disaster struck. However, the plane was saved from great danger at the right time. Survived with 36 passengers on board. It turns out that there was a mechanical problem with the aircraft’s engine. When the matter came to the notice of the pilot, he did not fly the aircraft. It is feared that if the plane had taken off, there could have been a danger.

It is learned that the plane going to Raipur was going towards the runway from taxiway at 6.30 pm yesterday. At the same time, the pilot noticed that there was a problem with the engine. The pilot immediately contacted the air traffic controller at the Calcutta airport and aborted the takeoff. He immediately took the plane to the technical route. Thereafter, 36 passengers and four crew members were safely ejected from the aircraft.

According to IndiGo, the pilot noticed a mechanical fault in the left engine of the aircraft. The reason why this error occurred is being investigated. If there was any negligence in the maintenance of the aircraft, it will also be investigated. Incidentally, over the past few months, several aircraft in India have narrowly escaped major accidents. SpiceJet plane bound for Andal suddenly crashed. A fire broke out in the engine of a plane taking off from Patna. There have been many such incidents in recent times. Thankfully there has been no major accident so far this year.
