India’s rebuke to Pakistan from UN platform: Shameless leader tells bin Laden martyr, we did not get justice in Mumbai-Pathankot attacks

India lashed out at Pakistan in front of the whole world at the United Nations (UN) on the issue of terrorism. India said, we have been battling cross-border terrorism for a long time. We are victims of the tragic attacks in Mumbai in 2008 and Pathankot in 2016 on behalf of Pakistani terrorist organizations, in which justice has not been served even today. On the other hand, some leaders shamelessly call Osama bin Laden a martyr even today.

In the UN Security Council, India took a jibe at Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan, who has repeatedly called bin Laden, the founder of the Al Qaeda terrorist organization, a martyr in his speeches.

Because of one place, the peace and security of the whole world is in danger
TS Trimurti, Permanent Representative of the Indian Ambassador to the UN, said, “India firmly believes that the peace and security of the whole world is at risk because of one place in the world (Pakistan). Trimurti was speaking at a meeting organized in the Security Council on Wednesday on the subject ‘threat to international peace and security from terrorist incidents’.

Will bring justice to the victims of Mumbai-Pathankot
He said, India really understands the human cost of terrorism. We will continue to bring justice to the victims by bringing the perpetrators of the Mumbai-Pathankot terror attacks to justice. We must remember that terrorism affects everyone, regardless of location or identity.

Lashkar and Jaish carried out attacks in Mumbai-Pathankot
Let us tell you that the 26/11 terrorist attack in Mumbai in the year 2008 and the terrorist attack on the Pathankot airbase in January 2016 were carried out by Pakistani terrorists. The Pakistani terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba was behind the Mumbai attack, while Jaish-e-Mohammed was involved in the Pathankot attack.

Give the world a similar reaction to terrorist attacks
Trimurti also questioned the reaction of the countries of the world to the terrorist incidents. He said, while criticizing the terrorist attacks, our response should be uniform and non-discriminatory. Let us not forget the fact that 20 years after the September 11 attacks, we still have leaders who, without any shame, consistently call Osama bin Laden a martyr. It is unfortunate that even after decades, such wrong thinking of promoting terrorism is giving rise to terrorist incidents.

India’s 8-point action plan reminded the world
Trimurti also reminded the whole world, including the Security Council, of the 8-point action plan presented by India to deal with terrorism. External Affairs Minister S. In the plan presented by Jaishankar, it was clearly stated that the world will have to show political will to deal with terrorism and to justify terrorist acts or praise of terrorists. Dual attitude has to be avoided and there has to be a refrain from describing terrorism as good or bad. To rein in terrorists, one has to avoid blocking or holding incoming requests for no reason.

Security Council’s 2004 resolution reiterated
India reminded the Security Council of its Resolution 1566, adopted in 2004, which clearly states that justification of terrorist acts on political, philosophical, ideological, ethnic, religious grounds will not be acceptable under any circumstances.

“The resolution clearly states that terrorism causes serious harm to human rights and threatens the social and economic development of all countries,” Trimurti said.

Countries unite on the drone attacks of terrorists
Trimurti is currently the chairman of the UN Counter Terrorism Committee (CTC). He expressed concern over the increasing use of drone strikes by terrorists. Along with this, apart from social media, the way to increase your funds and supporters through technologies like cryptocurrencies, crowdfunding platforms is also dangerous.

“We have recently seen drone attacks on us from the neighborhood,” he said. After this, there have been attacks in UAE and Saudi Arabia as well. The Council’s recent resolution 2617 raises concerns about the danger posed by unmanned aircraft systems. We have to come together to find a solution to deal with this menace.
