Days after an Indian student was killed amid the Russian invasion of Ukraine, another has been hospitalized after being shot in Kyiv, Union Minister VK Singh told ANI on Friday. General VK Singh, Minister of State (MoS) for Civil Aviation told ANI, “A student from Kiev was reported to have been shot and was immediately admitted to a hospital in Kyiv.”
