Crowd at movement goods stalls

All kinds of goods are available for the farmers in the movement site on the border. Now, in view of the increasing crowd of farmers, the number of stalls of flags, bats, bags written by farmers, T-shirts etc. related to the movement have also increased here. Simarjeet Kaur, who came from Jalandhar, said that this is new for her. She herself will go to the college wearing a badge of the farmers’ movement.

Soup will be made with tea

On November 26, while emphasis will be on making kheer, halwa etc. in the langars of the farmers of Haryana, preparations are being made to make carrot halwa, jalebi and many other types of dishes in the langars of Punjab too. Santosh Singh, who is running Chai Ka Langar, said that special soup was made on 26th. Soup was made even on the day the agriculture law was announced.

Crowd in langars, increased supply

Now batches of farmers are continuously reaching the Singhu border. The huts which were empty till some time ago are being re-populated. In view of the increasing number of food eaters, along with the supply of milk in the morning and evening, the supply of other essential items has also been increased. In view of the November 26 crowd in the langars, many other types of arrangements are being made.

Emphasis on cleanliness

Special attention is also being paid to the cleanliness of the entire movement site area on the Singhu border. The roads here were washed with water on Sunday. A special drive was launched for cleanliness. For this water was brought from tankers. Along with women, men also cooperated in the cleanliness drive. The stage has been decorated in a special way on the occasion of Guru Parv.
